How much will my service cost?

We understand cost is an important factor when deciding what to do with your property, which is why we work closely with your insurance (if a claim is present) to ensure that all of our services fall under your coverage, saving you time,  money and headaches. 

If your service doesn’t involve an insurance claim, cost will very greatly depending on what kind of job is being done, what the property conditions are like, and what kind of material is being used. We’d be happy to provide you with a free estimate of any property restoration or construction job you need completed.

What areas do you serve?

We are located at 2134 S Valentia St, Denver CO, and try to serve within a 25 mile range due to the nature of our emergency response. This means everywhere between Broomfield and Highlands Ranch, from Aurora to Golden. That being said, for the right job, we are willing to travel outside of that service range.

When will the job be done?

There are very many factors that contribute to the timeframe in which a job is completed. Lengthy insurance settlements, project size, weather, and personal decisions you make can all drag out a job. With prepared property documents and a smooth settlement, smaller damages can be fixed in a few days. That being said, if all goes well, we typically finish a job in a matter of a few weeks. 

Do you have a warranty?

Yes, we do! We know how important it is to feel you can trust your contractor, which is why we provide a satisfaction guarantee along with a 1 year warranty. We truly aren’t happen until you’re happy. Knowing that we provide quality and honest work, we have no problem providing your serviced areas with a 1 year warranty.
