Humble Beginnings
NuBilt was established in 1994 as a family-owned and operated carpet and upholstery cleaning company, initially under the name of Ameraclean. Slowly but surely we expanded to include emergency restoration services.
NuBilt Is Born
In 2002, AmeraClean split off & focused on carpet cleaning, while the restoration and construction side adopted the name “NuBilt”. We grew from 5-10 employees to 25-30. Business started coming in, and we began to make a name for ourselves as Denver’s trusted property damage restoration and construction business.
A Trusted Company
Our aim was and always will be to help others in times of need. From giving out free lumber in the Windsor tornado to consistently satisfying our clients with quality work, NuBilt established itself as a trustworthy and honest company that serves the Denver Metro Area.
Navigating Difficulties
When the pandemic came, our company navigated our circumstances with safety and compassion. While others may have shut down, we stood by our motto ‘we care 24/7’. Equipped with PPE and industrial sanitization, NuBilt helped people who suffered property damage during the lock down.

We are still standing by our promise of being simple, fast, and fair. We’re working on expanding and opening our first new office out of state in Portland, Oregon. We’re excited to see where the future takes us!
